OPPO unveils its first foldable flagship smartphone ‘OPPO Find N’ | Check latest features

New Delhi: Smartphone maker OPPO on Wednesday unveiled its first foldable flagship smartphone ‘OPPO Find N’, which comes with dual camera on the back, selfie cameras on both internal and external screens, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and up to 12GB of RAM.Also read – Best smartphones under 40,000 Rs | Watch video to find out features and specifications

It was launched on the second day of OPPO’s ‘INNO DAY 2021’ event and features a 7.1-inch inner screen and a 5.49-inch outer screen. With an image format of 8.4: 9, the inner screen unfolds directly in landscape mode, allowing users to watch videos, play games or read books without the extra step of turning the device. “OPPO has invested a significant amount of time and effort in coming up with a better approach to a foldable smartphone, experimenting with a variety of form factors, hinge designs, screen materials and image formats to create a new device that meets the needs of more users,” said Pete Lau, Chief Product Officer, OPPO. The triple camera setup includes a 50 MP Sony IMX 766 main sensor, a 16 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 13 MP telephoto lens. OPPO Find N offers up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage.

In addition, the handset holds a 4,500 mAh battery that claims to offer battery life all day, while the 33W ‘SUPERVOOC Flash Charge’ is optimized to charge to 55 percent in 30 minutes and to 100 percent in 70 minutes.

It also comes with 15W AIRVOOC wireless charging (compatible with standard Qi) and 10W reverse wireless charging.

OPPO Find N includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner housed in the power button, as well as a dual speaker system and Dolby Atmos support to deliver more lifelike sound. The company has not yet announced its price as well as availability in the domestic market.

‘OPPO Find N’ brings a new approach to the foldable form factor and offers a refreshed user experience both for people who have previously used foldable devices, as well as users who are new to the foldable form factor.
